How to order our Journals
Wilhelm Fink journals are distributed at the publishing house Brill in Leiden (Netherlands). The journals are delivered by the company Turpin Distribution in Biggleswade (England).
All of Wilhelm Fink´s journals are available in both printed and digital form. If you have any questions regarding your subscription, please contact the customer service of Brill. The address for customers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific is firstname.lastname@example.org.
To whom should subscription orders be addressed?
How is payment made?
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. The subscription will be activated once payment is received; issues will be sent as soon as they are released.
When will we receive the invoice?
You will receive the invoice for the next reference year in October. For a subscription to Brill, the amount is payable in advance. This ensures that you receive the issues immediately upon publication.
When does the subscription begin and end?
A subscription, which is valid for the whole calendar year, starts on 01 January and ends automatically on 31 December. If you subscribe during the course of a year, you will receive all issues published during that year.
How do I renew my subscription?
If the subscription has not been cancelled, you will automatically receive an invoice for its renewal. If you do not wish to renew your subscription in the following year, please inform us of this by November 1st of the current year at the latest. Cancellations in the current reference period are no longer possible once the delivery of the journal has begun.
How is the subscription cancelled?
Once the subscription has been paid for and the subscription period has started, the subscription can no longer be cancelled. If the subscription period has not yet started, a cancellation can be made by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. The subscription price will then be refunded to you less a five percent processing fee.
When will the issues be sent?
The issues will be sent to you as soon as they are published.
What should I do if a journal volume is missing or damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and state the name of the magazine, the issue number and, if available, your shipping number.
What is included in the subscription price?
If you subscribe to the printed edition, you will receive free access to the online edition as well. You also have the option of subscribing to the digital edition only. If you wish to switch your subscription from the printed to the digital edition, please contact us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
